Investment Casting
Near-net-shape parts in exotic alloys
Investment casting lets us produce parts with geometric freedom that machining alone cannot reach: undercuts, internal cavities and thin, complex walls, all in a single near-net-shape pour. It is the right process when the design is intricate, the alloy is expensive, or the part count is high enough that minimising material waste matters.
From tooling design through wax injection, shelling, pour and finish machining, the whole route stays under one roof. That control means predictable metallurgy, repeatable dimensions, and castings that arrive ready for the small amount of finish work — not a stack of surprises.
Processes under one roof
Every process is documented, simulated where relevant, and inspected against your drawing.
